2015 - 2016 Important Dates -------- Mark your calendars!!!


These are the important dates to remember for the 2015 - 2016 season. Please note the following vacation dates,
visitor dates, costume ordering, rehearsal and performance dates, and our family night pot luck.


Vacation Dates
No classes will be held on the following dates:

Thursday, November 26  and  Friday, November 27 -----------------------------------Thanksgiving

December 23 through January 1 -------------------------------------------------------------------Christmas
               (last day of classes Tuesday, December 22 - resume Monday, January 4)
                    Special competition rehearsals will be held Dec 28 and 29


Friday, January 22 ----------------(make up date will be announced)-------------------- Competition

Friday, March 25 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good Friday



Visitor Days

Our visitor days are mainly for parents and grandparents. Please do not bring friends.

First visitors’ week------------------------------------------------------------------- November 9 through 13
Second visitors’ week----------------------------------------------------------------- February 1 through 5



Costume Ordering

We will once again be ordering costumes before Christmas vacation. You will need to size and pay for costumes the
week of December 14 through 18. You will receive more information on costumes in November, but please be aware
that payment will be due before Christmas vacation.



Ugly Duckling  Rehearsals and Performances

The following rehearsal and performance dates have been scheduled. Times and locations will be announced at a
later date. These rehearsals involve all students participating in the recital.
